Relatório de Estágio - Mestrado em Psicologia Organizacional

Abstract

O presente relatório conta com a descrição e a reflexão referentes à experiência vivida no estágio curricular do Mestrado em Psicologia Organizacional da Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra no ano letivo 2021/22. O estágio foi realizado na empresa Bluepharma Indústria Farmacêutica de 20 de setembro de 2021 a 4 de março de 2022 no departamento de Recursos Humanos com os dois grandes objetivos de contribuir para o desenvolvimento da empresa acolhedora e de desenvolver competências práticas compatibilizadas com os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos nos anos de estudo e dedicação anteriores. As páginas que compõem este relatório estão divididas em cinco pontos principais. O primeiro ponto aborda a descrição da organização acolhedora contando com a apresentação do grupo em que está inserida e da história da mesma, caracterização dos seus colaboradores, exposição breve do seu organograma e missão, visão e valores da mesma. O segundo aspeto desenvolvido é referente ao setor no qual o estágio decorreu, as diferentes áreas, pessoas e funções incluídas no departamento e também uma breve discussão e fundamentação teórica relativamente à importância do sector de Gestão de Pessoas/Recursos Humanos em uma organização. Já o terceiro tópico envolve a descrição das áreas incluídas e atividades desenvolvidas durante a experiência do estágio curricular e também a reflexão crítica sobre as mesmas. O quarto ponto contém a reflexão global da experiência a incluir aspetos como: a perceção dos colaboradores perante o sector, a divisão de áreas dentro do departamento e suas respetivas influências no sucesso da empresa, a área de Formação incluída em um diferente departamento, o processo de onboarding e potenciais melhorias, o papel fundamental da Psicologia nas organizações, as competências e conhecimentos desenvolvidos durante o período, os pontos fortes e fracos do estágio de forma geral, as estratégias adotadas para superação dos obstáculos sentidos e principais contributos que o estágio realizado proporcionou à organização. E, por último, a quinta temática envolve o balanço geral da vivência e a conclusão da reflexão crítica a contar com a conexão de alguns conhecimentos adquiridos nas partes teórica e prática do percurso académico.

This report describes and reflects on the experience of the curricular internship for the Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra in the academic year 2021/22. The internship was carried out in Bluepharma Pharmaceutical Industry from September 20, 2021 to March 4, 2022 in the Human Resources department with the two main objectives of contributing to the development of the host company and developing practical skills compatible with the theoretical knowledge acquired in the previous years of study and dedication. The pages that make up this report are divided into five main points. The first point deals with the description of the hosting organization, including the presentation of the group it belongs to and its history, the characterization of its employees, a brief presentation of its organization chart, and its mission, vision, and values. The second topic is related to the sector in which the internship took place, the different areas, people and functions included in the department, and also a brief discussion and theoretical basis regarding the importance of the People/Human Resources Management sector in an organization. The third topic, on the other hand, involves the description of the areas included and activities developed during the curricular internship experience and also the critical reflection on them. The fourth topic contains the overall reflection of the experience to include aspects such as: the employees' perception of the sector, the division of areas within the department and their respective influences on the company's success, the Training area included in a different department, the onboarding process and potential improvements, the fundamental role of Psychology in organizations, the skills and knowledge developed during the period, the strengths and weaknesses of the internship in general, the strategies adopted to overcome the obstacles felt, and the main contributions that the internship provided to the organization. And, finally, the fifth theme involves the overall balance of the experience and the conclusion of the critical reflection to be based on the connection of some knowledge acquired in the theoretical and practical parts of the academic journey.
