Imagotipos femininos na literatura de cordel de autoras brasileiras

Abstract

No âmbito dos estudos comparatistas, a presente dissertação se propôs a analisar, na literatura de cordel produzida por mulheres, a maneira pela qual a autoria feminina constrói imagotipos de feminino e masculino tendo em vista dois aspectos principais: a condição sexual de ser-mulher e o desdobramento dessa condição na produção de folhetos em um contexto cuja tradição é marcada pelo discurso patriarcal. Os cordéis serão analisados a partir da relação entre a Imagologia e os Gender Studies, com maior ênfase na relação entre os estudos de escrita feminina e a produção de auto e heteroimagotipos literários. Esta proposta surge a fim de compreender melhor não apenas o fenômeno da literatura popular em verso no Brasil, mas também no intuito de melhor perceber a contribuição da mulher na evolução desse objeto cultural

In the field of comparative studies, the purpose of the present dissertation is to analyze, in the “cordel” written by women, the way the female author builds the imagotypes of ‘feminine’ and ‘masculine’ concerning two main aspects: the sexual condition of ‘being a woman’ and the deployment of this condition in the production of booklets in a context in which tradition is noticeable by the patriarchal speech. The “cordeis” will be analyzed from the relationship between the Imagology and gender studies, with more emphasis in the relationship between the studies of female writing and the production of literary auto-and-heteroimages. This purpose is intended to better understand not only the popular literature phenomenon in Brazil, as well as to better understand the women’s contribution in the evolution of this cultural object.
