RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NO AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE MUNDÃO, ACOMPANHANDO 3 TURMAS DO 3º CICLO DO ENSINO BÁSICO, NO ANO LETIVO 2022/2023: AS METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS DE APRENDIZAGEM NUM ESTUDO COM PROFESSORES DO DISTRITO DE VISEU.

Abstract

O Relatório de Estágio consiste numa análise critica e reflexiva sobre a prática em contexto de estágio pedagógico desenvolvido no Agrupamento de Escolas de Mundão em Viseu no ano letivo de 2022 e 2023. O estágio pedagógico é o culminar de toda a aprendizagem obtida no mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundários, lecionado na Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. A realização do estágio é um momento de transição onde o aluno se torna professor e onde a aprendizagem teórica se certifica na prática. O presente documento não visa apenas descrever os processos e a intervenção ao longo do estágio, mas sim apresentar reflexões sobre todo o trabalho desenvolvido, contextualizado e fundamentado através da literatura. As análises apresentadas incidem nas dificuldades que sentimos ao longo do estágio quanto à nossa intervenção, bem como relativas a algumas estratégias implementadas; faremos igualmente um balanço sobre as competências desenvolvidas e que pensamos serem necessárias desenvolver no futuro. Assim, este relatório estrutura-se em três capítulos. No primeiro procuramos contextualizar o leitor, apresentando a nossa história que antecede o estágio pedagógico, bem como o contexto onde o mesmo está inserido. No segundo capítulo, apresenta-se uma análise reflexiva sobre quatro grandes áreas de intervenção, sendo elas: as Atividades de Ensino-Aprendizagem, as Atividades de Organização e Gestão Escolar, os Projetos e Parcerias Educativas e por fim a Atitude Ético-Profissional. O terceiro capítulo encerra o documento, apresentando um estudo realizado ao longo do estágio pedagógico, cujo objetivo central consistiu na compreensão do grau de utilização das metodologias ativas de aprendizagem por professores de Educação Física do distrito de Viseu.

The Teacher Training Report consists of a critical and reflective analysis of the practice in the context of the pedagogical internship developed at the Elementary School of Mundão at the Viseu district in the academic year 2022 and 2023. The pedagogical teacher training is the culmination of all the learning obtained in the Master's in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, taught at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education at the University of Coimbra. The internship is a moment of transition where the student becomes a teacher, and theoretical learning is certified by the practice. This document does not only aim to describe the processes and intervention throughout the internship but also to present reflections on all the work developed, where it is contextualized and based on the literature. The analyzes presented focuses on the difficulties felt throughout the internship regarding our intervention, as well as some implemented strategies where a balance on the developed skills and those that remain to be developed were carried out. Therefore, this report is structured into three chapters. In the first chapter, we seek to contextualize the reader, presenting the story that follows the pedagogical internship and the context in which it is inserted. In the second chapter, a reflective analysis is presented on four major areas of intervention, namely: Teaching-Learning Activities, School Organization and Management Activities, Educational Projects and Partnerships and, finally, Ethical-Professional Attitude. Finally, the third chapter presents a study carried out during the pedagogical internship, whose main objective was to understand the degree of use of active learning methodologies by Physical Education teachers in the district of Viseu.
