Abuso sexual de menores: da psicologia social à psicologia clínica

Abstract

No presente trabalho reflecte-se sobre o abuso sexual de menores. Pretende-se perceber quais as representações sociais que alguns técnicos têm acerca do abuso sexual de menores, nomeadamente, no que concerne ao perfil do abusador e da vítima, à forma como são julgados e punidos estes crimes em Portugal e às medidas de prevenção e combate mais eficazes. No momento da discussão são confrontadas as representações sociais dos inquiridos com uma leitura mais clínica das questões relacionadas com o abuso. O trabalho passa por tentar definir o Abuso Sexual de Menores e compreender, em termos clínicos e jurídicos, algumas das questões relacionadas com o mesmo, partindo da análise dos resultados obtidos no estudo.

In the present study wonder about the child sexual abuse. It wants to understand what social perceptions that some experts have about child sexual abuse, as far as concern, abuser and victim profile, the way that those crimes are trialed and punished in Portugal and the ways to have a better prevention and fight of it. At the moment of discussion, the socials represententions are confronted with a clinical view of the questions related to abuse. The work tries to define the child sexual abuse and understand, clinical and legal ways, some of their questions, starting of the analise of the results reached on this study.
