O ciclo do feedback : dificuldades na identificação do erro : relatório de estágio pedagógico, ano letivo de 2013-2014

Abstract

O fim do Estágio Pedagógico representa o culminar de mais uma etapa no processo de formação de um aspirante a Professor de Educação Física. É nele que é dada a oportunidade de colocar na prática todas as aprendizagens e vivências conseguidas ao longo do nosso percurso académico, afim de desenvolver uma intervenção pedagógica mais eficaz na área da Educação Física (Piéron, 1996). Para um real desenvolvimento do indivíduo enquanto professor, é necessário estabelecer uma ponte entre a teoria, desenvolvida ao longo da licenciatura e primeiro ano de mestrado, e a prática, realizada ao longo deste ano letivo. Só com a fusão de ambos se conseguem os conhecimentos pedagógicos exigidos ao grau de mestria. Trata-se de um período em que somos, simultaneamente, professores e alunos, levando a uma reflexão constante sobre a qualidade do trabalho desempenhado. As dificuldades iniciais na detecção do erro dos alunos serve de mote ao tema de aprofundamento desenvolvido neste relatório. O Estágio teve lugar na Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, desenvolvido junto da turma do 11º 3A. Este documento está dividido em três secções: a primeira consiste numa explanação dos processos de Planeamento, Realização, Avaliação e Ética- Profissional; a segunda apresenta uma reflexão alusiva ao trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do Estágio Pedagógico; a terceira e última secção diz respeito ao tema/problema de aprofundamento, onde irei falar sobre as dificuldades na detecção do erro no professor estagiário e a sua influência no processo de ensino aprendizagem.The end of Teacher Training represents the culmination of another step towards the formation of an aspiring teacher of Physical Education. This is where is given the opportunity to put into practice all the learnings and experiences achieved throughout our academic career, in order to develop an effective pedagogical intervention in Physical Education (Piéron, 1996). In order to get a real development from the individual as a teacher, it is necessary to establish a bridge between theory, developed during the university studies and the first year of the Master’s Degree, and practice, held throughout this school year. Only with the cross of these two areas of the pedagogical knowledge required to become a Master in Physical Education can be achieved. This is a period in which we are both teacher and student simultaneously, bringing the reflection about the quality of the work to a day-by-day practice. Initial difficulties in error detection from the students performances gives the tone to the issue of deepening development in this report. The practice took place in the Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, developed along the students from 11º 3A class. This report is divided into three sections: the first one consists of an explanation of the process of Planning, Implementation, Evaluation and Professional Ethics; the second presents an allusive refletion of the work undertaken over the Teacher Training; the third, and final section, relates the topic/issue of depth, which is refered about the difficulties felted in detecting the error in the trainee teacher and their influence on the teaching-learning process.
