Coordenação e Gestão da Formação em Contexto Empresarial

Abstract

Este trabalho surge no âmbito da conclusão do mestrado em Ciências da Educação, pela Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra. Foi desenvolvido em período de estágio curricular, em contexto empresarial, nomeadamente, no departamento de formação profissional da Konkrets – consultoria e formação profissional, tendo por base o desempenho de funções de coordenação pedagógica da formação profissional.Este trabalho é desenvolvido em quatro capítulos, nos quais apresentamos, respetivamente, a caracterização da instituição onde foi desenvolvido o estágio curricular, bem como o projeto de intervenção; o enquadramento teórico; o descritivo das atividades desenvolvidas e a investigação realizada.Num primeiro momento, damos a conhecer o contexto no qual foi desenvolvido o estágio curricular, apresentando uma caracterização geral da Konkrets, onde se procura dar especial destaque aos serviços e atividade desenvolvida pelo departamento de formação profissional. Num segundo momento, apresentamos o projeto de intervenção, desenvolvido neste período, aludindo aos seus objetivos e atividades.Para justificar este trabalho, apresentamos o enquadramento teórico, dando-se especial enfâse ao surgimento da formação profissional, assim como ao seu processo de desenvolvimento. Destaca-se também a relevância da formação profissional nas empresas, bem como o papel do gestor da formação nesses contextos. Outro ponto considerado são as políticas europeias de formação profissional - Portugal 2020, nomeadamente, os programas operacionais PO ISE e PO CH. Assim, tendo em atenção o contexto em que foi desenvolvido este trabalho, optou-se por realizar uma investigação que procurou perceber como é que as organizações entendem, promovem e disponibilizam a formação contínua obrigatória, prevista na legislação aplicável.

The following paper arose in the scope of the conclusion of the master's degree in Educational Sciences, by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra. It was developed in a period of curricular internship, in a business context, namely in the vocational training department of Konkrets-consultancy and vocational training, based on the performance of functions of pedagogical coordination of vocational training. This paper is developed in four chapters, in which we present, respectively, the characterization of the institution where the curricular internship was developed, as well as the intervention project; the theoretical framework; the descriptive of the activities developed and the research carried out.In the first place, we present the context in which the curricular internship was developed, presenting a general characterization of Konkrets, where the emphasis is on the services and activity developed by the vocational training department. In a second moment, we present the project of intervention, developed in this period, alluding to its objectives and activities.To justify this work, we present the theoretical framework, giving special emphasis to the emergence of vocational training, as well as to its development process. It is also important to highlight the relevance of vocational training in companies, as well as the role of the training manager in these contexts. Another point considered is the European vocational training policies - Portugal 2020, namely the operational programs PO ISE and PO CH.Thereby, taking into account the context in which this work was developed, the decision was to carry out an investigation that sought to understand how organizations understand, promote and make available the obligatory continuing education, provided for in applicable legislation.
