Produção Teatral em Coimbra - Relatório de estágio no Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente

Abstract

O atual relatório descreve o estágio curricular previsto no plano curricular do mestrado em Estudos Artísticos, tendo desempenhado funções no âmbito da assistência de produção sendo a instituição de acolhimento o Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente. No documento são definidos os conceitos de educação artística, produção cultural e figura do produtor cultural, fazendo ligações com autores ligados ao campo da psicologia da arte, de forma a estabelecer uma linha de pensamento que posteriormente conflui na importância dos conceitos abordados na sociedade contemporânea. Analisa-se a produção de acolhimento de uma peça teatral, o processo de produção de atividades da programação regular do Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente (Clube de Leitura Teatral) e a realização de um seminário, entre outras pequenas participações na vida quotidiana da instituição. É também descrito a percurso das necessidades vividas dentro do âmbito da produção no TAGV, durante o tempo em que o estágio na instituição decorreu, como o estudo para a angariação de novos públicos e a necessidade de otimizar o processo de produção. Verifica-se também neste documento a diversidade de programação existente no Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente, através dos vários tipos de atividades realizadas e descritas. É ainda apresentado em um dos anexos deste relatório um estudo estatístico realizado de forma a conseguir apurar a percentagem de horas de trabalho em uma atividade em detrimento do total de horas de estágio realizadas na instituição.

The present report describes the curricular internship, in the curriculum of the master's degree in Artistic Studies, having served in the scope of production assistance and the host institution is Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente. In the document the concepts of artistic education, cultural production and figure of the cultural producer are defined, making connections with authors related to the field of art psychology, in order to establish a line of thought that later converges on the importance of the concepts approached in contemporary society. The reception of a theatrical play, the production process of activities of the regular program of the Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente (Theater Reading Club) and the holding of a seminar, among other small participations in the daily life of the institution, are analyzed. It is also described the course of the needs lived within the scope of the TAGV production, during the time in which the internship in the institution took place, such as the study to attract new audiences and the need to optimize the production process. This document also shows the diversity of programming that exists in the Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente, through the various types of activities performed and described. A statistical study carried out in order to determine the percentage of working hours in an activity is also presented in one of the annexes of this report, to the detriment of the total number of hours of internship performed at the institution.
