Programação cultural no concelho de Óbidos

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo relatar as atividades em que participei e as tarefas que desempenhei durante o meu estágio curricular no Serviço deTurismo e Património Cultural de Óbidos, de 10 de janeiro de 2022 a 30 de junho do mesmo ano. Inicia com uma breve apresentação do município que pretende caracterizá-lo quanto à sua localização geográfica, ao número de habitantes e às freguesias que o compõem. Referem-se também as principais atividades económicas existentes no concelho e explica-se o que é a Rede de Museus e Galerias de Óbidos, elencando os espaços que pertencem à rede e o espólio neles existente. Prossegue-se para os eventos organizados anualmente em Óbidos, vila que se destaca a nível nacional pela quantidade, diversidade e qualidade da sua oferta cultural.No segundo capítulo relatam-se as atividades em que participei durante o meu estágio na organização, montagem e desmontagem de exposições, planeamento de algumas visitas guiadas e participação em atividades integrantes do Festival Latitudes-Literatura e Viajantes. Refere-se ainda uma pesquisa bibliográfica para recolha de tradições e lendas de Vau, trabalho que realizei correspondendo a uma solicitação da Junta de Freguesia dessa aldeia. Por fim, apresentam-se as minhas propostas de enriquecimento da programação cultural do concelho. Como optei pela criação de roteiros, enumeram-se e caracterizam-se os que já existem em Óbidos. A novidade seria excluir a vila e valorizar os locais nos arredores que, não sendo tão conhecidos, também são ricos em património cultural. A escolha recaiu num roteiro das romarias do concelho, cujo processo de criação é explicitado. Quando restavam apenas duas semanas para o fim do estágio, e ainda trabalhava com as romarias, recebo ordem para o alterar completamente, e criar outro que contemplasse unicamente locais de interesse histórico e/ou artístico, rejeitando-se, assim, a valorização do património imaterial das romarias. Explicita-se, então, o procedimento adotado para corresponder à solicitação num período tão curto.

The main objective of this work is to report the activities in which I participated and the tasks I performed during my curricular internship at the Tourism and Cultural Heritage Service of Óbidos, from January 10, 2022 to June 30 of the same year. It starts with a brief presentation of the municipality that intends to characterize it in terms of its geographical location, the number of inhabitants and its parishes, as well the main economic activities existing at the county. It will be also explained what the Network of Museums and Galleries of Óbidos is, listing the spaces that belong to the network and the assets that exist in them. It continues on to the events organized annually in Óbidos, a town that stands out at national level for the quantity, diversity and quality of its cultural offer.The second chapter reports the activities in which I participated during my internship in the organization, assembly and disassembly of exhibitions, planning of some guided tours and participation in activities that are part of the Festival Latitudes - Literatura e Viajantes. Responding to a request given from the Vau parish council, it was also stated a bibliographic search about their traditions and legends. Finally, it is presented my suggestions to enrich the cultural program of the council. Because I chose to create guides, the ones that already existed in Óbidos are enumerated and described. The originality would be excluding the village, valuing the local surroundings, even not that popular, are very rich in cultural heritage as well. The choice pointed to an itinerary of pilgrimages in the municipality whose creation process is explained. Only two weeks before the end of this internship, when I was still working on this itinerary, it was told me to completely change this guide and create one that exclusively contemplated places of historical and/or artistic interest, rejecting, this way, the appreciation of immaterial heritage of pilgrimages. For this it is also explained the adopted process to complete what was requested in such a short period of time.
