Resumo: | This document provides a first roadmap for the implementation of OPERAS national nodes, communities built with the aim of establishing a connection point to outside the OPERAS community, connecting relevant stakeholders in individual countries. The document defines a common approach to all 12 existing nodes for engaging communities and providing OPERAS services nationally, establishing some minimum requirements.
