Title: | Júnior empresas: que cultura organizacional?
Contrastantes (MVC).
caracteriza a realidade júnior empresária portuguesa é o Apoio.
teste Tukey HSD. The present investigation was developed around the concepts of organizational culture and Junior Enterprise (JE). With the intent of studying the cultural pattern that characterises the JEs in Portugal, data was collected through the FOCUS questionnaire based on the Competing Values Framework (CVF). 11 JEs, including 111 respondents, compose the considered sample. Based on the Cronbach’s Alphas, the internal consistency of the adapted instrument was evaluated, revelling itself satisfactory. AD indexes were calculated to verify the homogeneity of the subjects’ answers, which, in general, turned to be homogeneous, indicating the existence of a “strong” culture in the majority of the JEs. The results pointed that the cultural pattern that best characterizes the Portuguese JEs reality is Support. On the other hand, the pattern with lower average scores was the Rules orientation. However, a one-way ANOVA was performed to test the existence of significant statistic differences between the JEs about each of the four cultural patterns (Support, Innovation, Means and Rules) suggested by the CFV. Significant differences were noted and, to locate those differences, post hoc tests were performed based on Tukey HSD test. |
