Tendência armadilhante das familias: Alguns casos clínicos

Abstract

Partindo da experiência clínica, os autores reflectem sobre o potencial armadilhante das famílias e sobre o seu significado na equilibração dos movimentos de morfogénese e homeostase. Neste contexto são abordados os telefonemas, as terapias paralelas, o uso de medicamentos, a revelação de segredos e a manifestação de mudanças rápidas.

In this paper the authors discuss the role and meaning of some family movements that by the effect on family therapy, we can cal1 «snares». So, the use of psychoactive drugs, telephone calls between sessions, concurrent therapies, the offer of secret revelations and quick changes, are considered. This analysis is based on severa1 clinical cases and the «tactics» used by the therapist to face those snares are also presented.
