O meu livro das profissões: Recurso Psicoeducativo de promoção da linguagem e orientação vocacional

Abstract

A Psicologia Vocacional assenta na orientação vocacional, ou seja, no processo de identificação da atividade profissional que melhor se adequa às características específicas do indivíduo. Este processo resulta numa escolha.Tendo em conta que a vida é feita de escolhas, é impossível evitar o processo de tomada de decisão. Por isso, à medida que o desenvolvimento humano acontece, as escolhas tornam-se mais complexas, exigindo mais competências e mais conhecimentos, frequentemente pautados pela transversalidade.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal a elaboração de um conjunto de recursos de intervenção na orientação vocacional, precoce, e potencializadores da aquisição da linguagem, utilizando, para isso, jogos e atividades lúdicas, originais e atrativas, passíveis de serem utilizadas por educadores, crianças de idade pré-escolar e 1º ciclo, assim como a indivíduos com eventual declínio cognitivo. Assim, pretende-se alargar o público-alvo, de forma a abranger uma maior diversidade.Desta forma, o presente trabalho encontra-se organizado em duas partes. A primeira parte consiste na revisão da literatura realizada no âmbito da orientação vocacional em idade precoce e ao desenvolvimento do processo de aquisição da linguagem. A segunda parte assenta na construção de um recurso psicoeducativo, abordando-se os processos e metodologias de validação.A construção deste recurso psicoeducativo não é uma tarefa fechada, embora apresente ter validade de construto ou facial há necessidade de o implementar, de o testar com os diversos públicos com a finalidade de perceber a recetividade pelos educadores ou outros profissionais que o possam utilizar e entender se é bem aceite pelo público e se de facto corresponde ao próprio constructo.De facto, o recurso psicoeducativo “O meu livro das profissões” não é um trabalho acabado e avizinha-se que, de uma forma próxima, possa ser utilizado num estágio pré-profissional na instituição onde realizei o estágio curricular, uma instituição com várias valências: creche, jardim-de-infância e lar, o que me permitirá ensaiar tarefas de validação com os diversos públicos.

Guidance Vocational psychology is based on vocational guidance. In other words, it is the process of identifying the professional activity that best suits the specific characteristics of the individual. This process results in a choice. It is known that life is made of choices and so, it is impossible to avoid the decision-making process. Therefore, as human development increases, the choices tend to become more complex, requiring more skills and more knowledge, being often driven by transversality. The main goal of the current study is the creation of an intervention resources set in the vocational guidance, premature, and able to enhance the language acquisition, throughout games and fun activities, original and attractive, which can be used by educators, children of kindergarten age and primary school, as well as individuals with cognitive deficient. So, it is intended to expand the target audience to cover greater diversity. In this way, the present work is organized in two parts. The first part consists of a review of the literature on vocational guidance at an early age and the development of the language acquisition process. The second part is based on the construction of a psychoeducational resource, addressing the validation processes and methodologies.The construction of this psychoeducational resource is not a closed task, although it has constructive or facial validity, there is a need to implement it, to test it with different audiences in order to perceive receptivity by educators or other professionals who can use and understand it if it is well accepted by the public and if it really corresponds to the construct itself.In fact, the psychoeducational resource "My book of professions" is not a finished work and it is close that, in a close way, it can be used in a pre-professional stage in the institution where I realized the curricular internship, an institution with several valences : kindergarten, kindergarten and home, which will allow me to test validation tasks with different audiences.
