Abstract

O trabalho realiza um estudo de caso de uma Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social-IPSS localizada em Bragança, na região norte de Portugal, a Associação de Socorros Mútuos dos Artista de Bragança-ASMAB.Fundada em 14 de maio de 1865, por quatorze artistas e presidida por João Baptista Louzada, a associação mutualista atualmente com quase cento e cinquenta anos de existência é uma entidade de referência em Bragança.Demonstrar parte de sua história ao longo do tempo, desde a sua criação até o presente momento, a gestão de recursos, as decisões, a finalidade e a expetativa dos utentes atendidos. A sua organização, estrutura e seus colaboradores.Relatar de forma breve e concisa ao entorno da ação social em Portugal, e como pode ser realizado de maneira responsável e consciente a gestão dos recursos públicos em contraprestação dos mais carenciados, necessitados e as famílias.Discorrer parcialmente sobre a história da instituição e alguns pontos importantes da ação solidária e a intervenção do Estado português. Desde do reinado de D. Manuel I (1495-1521) onde surgiu a primeira misericórdia até os dias de hoje.Realizar uma breve sinopse sobre as partes mais relevantes das leis, decretos leis, portarias, resoluções, normas e fatos ocorridos pertinentes as associações de socorros mútuos, misericórdias, entidades sem fins lucrativos, instituições particulares de solidariedade social que detém a denominação de utilidade pública e desenvolvem atividades relacionadas com o apoio e a ação social em Portugal.Como é constituída a instituição particular de solidariedade social, a ASMAB, a sua finalidade e os seus propósitos, a quem deve prestar auxílio e quais os auxílios que presta, a área geográfica de sua atuação e a forma em que é regida.A organização interna da instituição, os seus princípios orientadores que são perseguidos pela instituição, as valências, o estatuto e a fiscalização dos órgãos competentes.

This paper presents a case study of a Private Institution of Social Solidarity-IPSS located in Bragança, in the northern region of Portugal, the Mutual Aid Association of the Bragança-ASMAB artists.Founded on May 14, 1865, by fourteen artists and presided over by João Baptista Louzada, the mutualist association that is now almost a hundred and fifty years old is a reference entity in Bragança.Demonstrate part of its history over time, from its inception to the present, resource management, decisions, purpose and expectations of the users served.
