Perícias médico-legais no âmbito da Clínica Forense: Abordagem ao nível do Direito Penal, do Direito Civil e do Direito do Trabalho

Abstract

O presente relatório pretende descrever as atividades desenvolvidas durante os meses de realização do estágio pela Mestranda durante o segundo ano do Mestrado em Medicina Legal e Ciências Forenses da Universidade de Coimbra, nas valências de Clínica Forense e Psiquiatria Forense. A Mestranda também desenvolveu outras competências nomeadamente na área da Psiquiatria Forense enquanto médica perita em gabinete médico-legal do Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal e Ciências Forenses. Durante o estágio assistiu e participou na realização de perícias médico-legais no âmbito da Clínica Forense, nas várias áreas do Direito: Direito Penal, Direito Civil e Direito do Trabalho, assim como também realizou avaliações clínico-psiquiátricas nas distintas áreas do Direito. Ao longo do seu estágio procurou conciliar e valorizar com outras formações pós-graduadas na área da Medicina Legal, nomeadamente, com a frequência do Curso de Pós-graduação em Avaliação do Dano Corporal (Pessoal) Pós-traumático, ainda a decorrer. No seu percurso académico enquanto médica especialista em Psiquiatria, a Mestranda tentou aprofundar os seus conhecimentos na área da Medicina Legal, por ser um tema de interesse e de grande interface com a sua formação médica, nomeadamente, com a frequência e conclusão de Curso de Pós-graduação em Psiquiatria e Psicologia Forense. This report aims to describe the activities developed during the months of the internship by the Master's student during the second year of the Master's Degree in Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences at the University of Coimbra, in the areas of Forensic Clinic and Forensic Psychiatry. The Master's student also developed other skills, namely in the area of Forensic Psychiatry as an expert doctor in a forensic office of the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences.During the internship, the Master’s student attended and participated in medico-legal expertise within the scope of the Forensic Clinic, in the various areas of Law: Criminal Law, Civil Law and Labour Law, also carried out clinical-psychiatric evaluations in the different areas of Law. Throughout the internship, the Master’s student tried to reconcile and value other postgraduate training in the area of Legal Medicine, namely, with the attendance of the Post-Traumatic Body Injury (Personal) Course, which is still ongoing. In her academic career as a specialist doctor in Psychiatry, the Master's student tried to deepen her knowledge in the field of Legal Medicine, as it is a topic of interest and of great interface with her medical training, namely, with the frequency and completion of Postgraduate Course in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychology.
